REFUND POLICY

All products sold by Vault Supply are digital goods (vendor links and supplier contact information) delivered instantly to your email address after purchase. Because the content is delivered immediately and cannot be "returned," all sales are final once the digital delivery has been sent.

When We Will Issue a Refund

We will provide a full refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • You did not receive your email delivery within 24 hours of purchase (and it is not in your spam or promotions folder).
  • The vendor links provided are entirely inactive or broken at the time of delivery.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.

Replacements for Inactive Links

If any individual links within your pack are found to be inactive or broken, we will provide verified replacement links at no additional cost. Contact us with your order number and we will respond promptly.

No Refunds For

  • Change of mind after delivery.
  • Inability to place orders with suppliers (we provide access to suppliers, not guarantees of stock or pricing).
  • Links that become inactive after 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Email us at VaultSupplySupport@proton.me with your order number and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
